Williston Woods is governed by a set of rules and regulations designed and created by the residents of the community.
The community annually elects a board of directors who is charged with enforcing such rules and regulations.
Above is a list of documents outlining the rules and regulations as well as the Blue Book, a booklet designed to give prospective and current residents an easy to use guideline.
Existing residents can find form for day to day use here as well, i.e. Extended Guest Application, Use of the Activity Center, etc.
We recommend you read all documents before making an offer on a home in the COOP. At the time of the interview with the board you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have.
We also recommend you take a look at the Vermont Statutes, Title 11, Chapter 14 COOPERATIVE HOUSING OWNERSHIP ACT. It describes in detail all legal rights and obligations of both the COOP as well as its members. You can find it online at through the State of Vermont Website.
